As we approach the end of 2023, it’s a good time to reflect on what we’ve achieved this year. With a year of global challenges and economic headwinds we often lose sight of how far we’ve moved forward.
Without you, none of this is possible, and as valuable customers, we thought we’d give you a look back at our highlights over the last 12 months.
June marked NoMuda’s 25th anniversary since the company began. Originally founded by Phil Borland with the goal of educating and helping manufacturing companies develop a Lean mindset, improving productivity and manufacturing quality. Today those same Lean Manufacturing methodologies are captured and implemented within our VisualFactory MES. The platform remains under continuous development thanks to the input from you, its users.

The Gartner 2023 Customer Choice Award has been one of our proudest moments of the year. This commendation is only given to a small number of suppliers and is voted by customers who value the MES being supplied and the service around it. We are delighted you have such confidence in us here at NoMuda and please keep the reviews coming via Gartner.
Total Productivity in the Netherlands renewed its long-standing partnership with us and are now our first Global Systems Integrator, supplying VisualFactory and their OEM production line equipment to customers across Europe currently, and, in the near future, globally.
Through 2023, we increased our support team in the US and Europe to meet the ever-increasing demand for services. This area of the business has seen significant expansion over the last few years and those customers deploying NoMuda Product Consultants have enjoyed continued deployment growth and savings overall.
We listened early in the year and decided to setup a monthly ‘Tips and Tricks’ webinar to help you expand your knowledge of everything that is possible with VisualFactory. The attendance and feedback we’ve received has been overwhelming since their introduction and these will continue throughout 2024. Don’t forget you can access the recordings through the support site.
This year we grew our team of software developers to continue to enhance VisualFactory and are very excited about introducing new features in 2024. You can look forward to seeing the official release of vMachine which allows the use of Machine Tending and OEE. But we’ll discuss more on this in 2024.
We are also excited to announce that Version 6 of VisualFactory will be rolled out to customers in 2024. We strive to continually evolve VisualFactory by listening to the feedback from our customers. Keep an eye out as we will be releasing more information on Version 6 in the coming weeks!
Finally, I would like to welcome new customers joining the NoMuda MES community in 2023. Once again, the continued diversity of industries of our customers has only increased this past year, further highlighting the amazing flexibility of VisualFactory. We are looking forward to working with customers new and old in 2024 to make their manufacturing processes even better.
